Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is hiring an RME Operator in Kenosha, WI. You will install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment, while keeping safety at the forefront and collaborating with peers across operations.

The role requires basic PC software skills and a technical background with either a diploma or relevant training, plus willingness to undergo a 9-week training program. Expect a fulltime, on-site schedule with shifting hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Technical or vocational training or an associate degree, or 1+ years of RME experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing operational items.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Capability to meet the Mechanical Aptitude Test minimum score.
• Willingness to enroll in a 9-week training program at designated providers.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment with safety in mind.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on conveyance equipment.
• Troubleshoot robotics and robotic work cells to maintain uptime.
• Maintain motors, sensors, relays, solenoids, and related equipment.
• Coordinate with journey workers and upstream/downstream partners.
• Document work using provided technical instructions and safety provisions.
• Participate in continuous improvement for equipment reliability and efficiency.
