Job summary

JLL seeks an RME Operator to join our North Haven, CT operation, applying electronic, mechanical, computer, and automation skills to keep high‑performance manufacturing systems running smoothly. You’ll handle robotic work cells and conveyance equipment, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training or associate degree preferred; RME experience acceptable.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing operational items.
• Math and measurement interpretation skills desired.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment with strict safety compliance.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on conveyance equipment.
• Troubleshoot robotics and work cells to maintain availability and efficiency.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical problems with minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with journey workers and coordinate with upstream/downstream teams.
• Complete tasks from technical documents following safety regulations.
