Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an RMA Technician located in City of Industry, CA. The RMA Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, testing and repairing returned products, maintaining accurate records of repairs, and collaborating with other technical teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues
• Testing and repair skills for electronic products
• Ability to maintain detailed records of repairs
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Knowledge of server and storage solutions is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Technical certification or relevant experience in electronics

Monthly Salary: $3500-$4000.
