Job description

Foxconn Wisconsin is seeking an RMA Technician who will work as part of a team to perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory data. The role involves various tasks within the Warehouse Department in a production environment, offering opportunities to develop critical thinking skills in Smart Manufacturing.

The RMA Technician will perform duties such as Automated Optical Inspection, Functional Testing, and Material Handling as needed.

Job Responsibilities Include:
  • Monitor and maintain testing station performance
  • Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of test equipment
  • Load and unload PCBA onto test fixtures
  • Scan units into testing software
  • Assist Test Engineers and Technicians with station setup and other tasks
  • Maintain a clean work environment following 5S standards
  • Load and unload PCBA into AOI equipment
  • Segregate RMAs to minimize program changes
  • Identify failures at AOI with red indicator arrows
  • Support inventory monitoring and accuracy
  • Perform cycle counts to correct inaccuracies
  • Implement proper material storage strategies
  • Participate in receiving, unloading, and inspecting shipments
  • Operate warehouse equipment
  • Complete related reports
  • Organize warehouse space efficiently
  • Use software to input data and generate reports
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Physical & Mental Demands:
  • Ability to work efficiently with team members to meet deadlines
  • Handle objects weighing 30-50 pounds, requiring medium to heavy physical effort
  • Stand, walk, and bend repeatedly throughout the day
  • Handle fragile PCBAs carefully to avoid damage
Education & Experience:
  • Encouraged to learn and grow in smart manufacturing
  • High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant experience considered
  • Ability to read measurements and work instructions
  • Follow safety protocols and wear PPE properly
