SPX is a diverse team of unique individuals who all make an impact. As a Test and Repair Technician Lead (RMA), you will be responsible for evaluating and repairing customer returns of RF (Radio Frequency) system hardware and for leading and managing the day to day RMA (Return Material Authorization) test and repair operation which includes the debugging, testing and repairing of defective customer returns to our facility in Fremont, CA. This position will adhere to the ISO 9000 quality standard and is a 100% on-site role.

We recognize that attracting the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company. As required by law in this state, the quoted pay rate range for this position is $32.00 – $49.00/hour. This position is eligible for a discretionary bonus and offers a variety of benefits, including health benefits, 401K retirement with a company match, and flexible time off.
