Job summary

Supermicro is seeking an experienced RMA Shipping & Receiving Manager to direct all warehouse operations, shipping, returns, and reverse logistics within a dynamic manufacturing and distribution environment.

The role leads a cross-functional team, establishes best-in-class logistics practices, and drives continuous improvement to support growth, quality objectives, and customer satisfaction. Based in Wayne, CA, this leadership position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in SCM or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
5–7 years of progressive leadership in warehouse/logistics.
Experience managing RMA, warranty, repair operations, reverse logistics.

Responsibilities

Direct and oversee all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, material handling, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and reverse logistics.
Develop and implement strategies to improve throughput, accuracy, and service performance.
Establish KPIs for inventory accuracy, on-time shipments, productivity, RMA turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.
Lead capacity planning, space utilization, and workflow optimization to support business needs.
Drive accountability and continuous improvement across warehouse operations.
