Job summary

iAutomation, a full-service automation company, is seeking a dedicated RMA Coordinator in Franklin, Massachusetts. This role acts as the single owner for customer return requests, coordinating with Warehouse, Accounts Receivable, and Quality to deliver timely, consistent service from intake to closure.

The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years in customer service or logistics coordination, with NetSuite or similar ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school degree, associate’s degree preferred, and 1 to 3+ years of experience in customer service, order processing, purchasing, or logistics coordination.
• NetSuite or a comparable ERP system is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Return Intake & Customer Communication: process incoming RMA requests and be the primary customer contact.
• Warehouse & Fulfillment Coordination: coordinate with Warehouse for receiving, disposition, and shipping of returned material.
• Billing & Quality Support: work with Accounts Receivable to ensure credits, invoices, and vendor payments are processed correctly.
