Job summary

iAutomation in Franklin, MA seeks an experienced RMA Coordinator to be the single owner of return requests from intake through final resolution, coordinating customer and vendor communication and creating repair/purchase orders in NetSuite.

You will work with Warehouse, Accounts Receivable, and Quality to ensure timely, consistent processing and credits. A high school diploma is required, with 1–3+ years in related roles; NetSuite experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school degree required; associate’s degree preferred.
• 1–3+ years in customer service, order processing, purchasing, or logistics coordination.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage return requests from intake to final resolution and communicate with customers.
• Coordinate with Warehouse for receiving, disposition, and shipping of returns.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and Quality to ensure accurate credits, invoices, and data documentation.
