Job summary

Rebel Athletic is seeking an experienced Returns Specialist II to manage the full returns lifecycle, from submission to final disposition, in a fast-paced warehouse setting. You will review submissions, issue labels, perform quality checks, and coordinate refunds or exchanges with cross-functional teams, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely processing.

The role requires 3+ years in returns or warehouse operations, strong attention to detail, and experience with ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in returns processing, warehouse operations, fulfillment, or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail with a high level of data and system accuracy.
Experience independently managing return or operational workflows within established processes.

Responsibilities

Manage the full return lifecycle from submission through final disposition.
Review return submissions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with policies.
Generate return labels and ensure each return is processed correctly.
Conduct detailed quality control inspections on returned products.
Enter RMAs and exchange sales orders with high accuracy.
Submit, track, and reconcile refund requests through completion.
Oversee re-bagging, re-labeling, restocking, and Fit Kit allocation of returns.
