Job summary

The RMA Specialist II at Rebel Athletic will own the returns process from submission to final disposition, performing quality checks, processing refunds and exchanges, and keeping accurate records. This role balances system-based processing with hands-on warehouse duties in a fast-paced setting.

You will work with Sales Operations, Fulfillment, Customer Care, and other teams to resolve issues and keep products and orders moving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in returns processing, warehouse ops, fulfillment, or similar.
• Experience managing returns within established processes.
• Strong attention to detail with data and system accuracy.
• Experience with ERP/WMS and order-management tools preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage full return lifecycle from submission to final disposition.
• Review return submissions for completeness and policy compliance.
• Generate return labels and ensure correct processing.
• Conduct quality control inspections on returned products.
• Enter RMAs and exchange sales orders with accuracy.
• Process refunds and exchanges; maintain reconciliation of refunds.
