Job summary

Granite Telecommunications is seeking a Returns Associate to accurately process incoming returns, verify RMAs, inspect product condition, and update system records. The role ensures timely disposition—restock, repair, or scrap—while maintaining inventory integrity and supporting customer credit issuance.

This on-site position requires 0–2 years of warehouse experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of returns processing or warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs safely.
• Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with ERP/WMS.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log returned goods; verify against RMA and order records.
• Inspect items for condition and completeness, document findings.
• Update ERP/WMS with return status and inventory movements.
• Restock acceptable items and route nonconforming items appropriately.
• Print documentation and labels for return-to-vendor (RTV) when required.
• Perform basic quality checks and elevate discrepancies.
