Job summary

SHI International Corp. in Piscataway is seeking a Returns Clerk to join the Returns Materials Authorization team.

You will process daily RMAs, interface with sales representatives and vendors, and report to the Piscataway office. The role involves inspecting shipments, coordinating with vendors, packing and shipping RMAs, using UPS shipping tools, maintaining SharePoint records, and ensuring accurate inventory and safe warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Experience with package handling preferred.
• Ability to move or lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Process RMAs through AX.
• Inspect packages for correct, broken, or missing items and record issues.
• Contact vendors for confirmation/validation of RMAs.
• Communicate issues clearly to internal staff and vendors.
• Repackage and ship RMAs.
• Utilize UPS shipping tools and internal shipping program.
