Job summary

FII in Durham is seeking a Product Engineer who will oversee the RMA service lifecycle. The role requires collaboration across teams to ensure product quality. Qualifications

  • 5 years or more of Product Engineer experience preferred.
  • 2 years of Electronics Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee manufacturing processes to ensure productivity and safety.
  • Design RMA process referencing product manufacturing processes.
  • Review product specifications with customer teams.
  • Determine and select product BOM for RMA material usage.
  • Communicate with customers during RMA process to review specifications.
  • Maintain BOM and processes through cloud systems.
  • Ensure proper distribution of tools and equipment for production.
  • Create or revise product SOPs for RMA work.
  • Manage production processes once operational.

Experience in managing electronic tools
PCB/PCBA experience
Ability to read electrical schematics
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in software and hardware systems
Skilled with Microsoft Office
