Elma Electronic Inc. in Fremont, CA is seeking an experienced Manager, RMA Manufacturing to lead our RMA operations, overseeing warranty, diagnostics, repair, and disposition while driving quality, throughput, cost control, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years in electronics assembly with 2–3 years in a supervisory role, strong leadership, RCCA expertise, and experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Competenze

• 6–10 years of experience in electronics assembly production with 2–3 years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of electronic assemblies, system integration, manufacturing drawings, and mechanical design principles.
• Experience with RCCA, process improvement, quality systems and PPAP procedures.
• Experience supporting design changes, ECOs or redesigns related to field failures or RMA trends.
• Strong leadership, communication, conflict-resolution, analytical and presentation skills.

Mansioni

• Lead day-to-day RMA manufacturing operations, personnel, workflow, and repair priorities.
• Plan resources and schedules to meet customer delivery commitments and production targets.
• Manage the complete RMA process from receipt and work-order creation through repair and final disposition.
• Lead failure trend analysis, RCCA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive improvements in quality, throughput, cost, productivity, and customer experience.
• Ensure repair operations meet internal quality standards, customer requirements, and safety expectations.
• Manage RMA-related costs, material requirements, and resource constraints.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, PMO, and other support teams.
• Coach and develop RMA technicians while maintaining strong performance and operational standards.
• Support customer discussions when needed regarding product condition, repair status, and corrective actions.
