Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Hudson, NH to own end-to-end post-sale RMA and upgrade processes. You will bridge customers, production, shipping, and supply chain to ensure timely, accurate handling and proactive communication, safeguarding retention.

You will lead data-tracking efforts in ERP/PLM systems and drive improvements to reduce delays, while maintaining rigorous compliance and customer-focused messaging with engineers, finance, and leadership.

Qualifications

3+ years in production coordination, customer success, account management or program coordination in manufacturing/defense/aerospace.

Responsibilities

Be the primary contact for all post-sale RMAs and customer relationships.
Track status and location of RMAs in ERP/PLM systems to ensure data accuracy.
Provide proactive status updates through production, shipping and return lifecycle.
Coordinate with operations heads, TPMs and production staff to resolve conflicts.
Forecast material needs and work with supply chain to secure kits and POs.
Oversee shipping/receiving, ensure documentation, ATP testing and dispatch on schedule.
Identify drivers of delays and suggest improvements to reduce late shipments.
Prepare detailed repair reports and coordinate with invoicing/shipping authorizations.
