Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Support Specialist in Hudson, NH to own the post-sale RMA process. You will bridge customers, production, shipping, and supply chain to ensure timely repairs and upgrades, safeguarding client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in production coordination, customer success, account management, or program coordination.
• Proven track record of improving on-time delivery and RMAs.
• Comfort using ERP/PLM systems (Oracle, Odoo, Teamcenter, Forge) to track units.
• Strong customer-facing communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in defense, aerospace, or hardware is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for all post-sale RMA activities and customer relationships.
• Track RMA units in ERP/PLM systems to ensure data accuracy.
• Provide proactive status updates through production, shipping, and return lifecycle.
• Coordinate with operations leadership and production staff to resolve conflicts.
• Forecast material needs with supply chain to secure kits and POs.
• Oversee shipping/receiving and ensure documentation, ATP testing, and dispatch.
• Identify delays and propose process improvements to reduce late shipments.
• Prepare repair reports and coordinate invoicing and shipping authorizations.
