Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology leader, seeks a Production Support Specialist to own the post-sale RMA experience. You will act as the bridge between customers, production, shipping/receiving, and supply chain, ensuring timely repairs and proactive updates across the lifecycle of units.

You will drive RMAs to resolution, safeguard customer retention, and collaborate with operations heads to align messaging while maintaining data accuracy in ERP/PLM systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in production coordination or related roles in manufacturing/defense.
• Proven track record delivering on-time delivery and RMAs/SL commitments.
• Experience using ERP/PLM systems (Oracle, Odoo, Teamcenter, Forge or equivalents).
• Strong customer-facing experience with clear communication of good and bad news.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination with production, shipping/receiving, and supply chain teams.
• High attention to detail and ability to drive issues to closure.
• Familiarity with infrared imaging or precision hardware is preferred.
• Eligible for U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer contact and single point of accountability for all post-sale RMA activities and customer relationships.
• Track the status and location of RMA units in ERP/PLM systems to ensure data accuracy.
• Provide proactive status updates to customers through production, shipping, and return lifecycle.
• Coordinate with head of operations, TPMs, and production staff to resolve conflicts and align messaging.
• Forecast material needs and collaborate with supply chain to secure kits and POs.
• Oversee shipping/receiving to ensure proper documentation, ATP testing, packaging, and dispatch.
• Identify recurring delay drivers and recommend process improvements to reduce late shipments.
• Issue detailed repair reports and coordinate with front office for invoicing and shipping authorizations.
