Job summary

Industrial Electric Manufacturing (IEM) seeks a proactive RMA Coordinator I to manage returned materials from Field Service, ensuring proper documentation, BOM verification, and traceability. You’ll work with Field Service, Quality, and Warehouse teams to move parts through the facility and resolve issues quickly.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Accounting on warranty credits, maintaining documentation accuracy, and aiding during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in RMA processing, inventory management, or materials coordination.
• Experience using ERP or inventory management systems to process and track material transactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process parts returns from Field Service locations with complete documentation.
• Coordinate with Field Service to verify returned parts using schematics, drawings, and BOMs when needed.
• Track incoming RMA transactions to maintain accountability and traceability.
• Ensure RMA processing timelines align with operational goals and standards.
• Communicate with RMA Manager and Quality teams to ensure compliance with procedures and ISO 9001.
• Track warranty credits and coordinate with Accounting to apply credits to the correct project.
• Coordinate with Field Service and transportation providers to arrange material returns from remote locations.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and testing staff to move returned materials through the facility.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
