Job summary

Ellsworth Adhesives in Germantown, WI is seeking an Inventory Specialist to maintain accurate stock, process receipts and shipments, and move inventory within the facility. You will use WMS handhelds and pick lists to support production, sales or transfer orders while ensuring cycle counts and proper scrap status.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 2 years inventory experience, forklift certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Communicates effectively with internal stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to achieve a high level of work quality
• Ability to use standard MS Office applications, ERP, distribution center software and/or hardware (UPC guns, etc.)
• Lifts and/or moves up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Monitors and maintains the physical inventory for accuracy in warehouse and computer system
• Uses computer system, WMS handheld devices and pick lists to fulfill production, sales or transfer orders
• Fulfills items for outside service providers
• Conducts regular cycle counts of inventory
• Returns items to proper warehouse location after production
• Works with production departments on scrap status after a job completes
• Monitors and reorders consumables for the production floor
• Conforms to quality and safety procedures

This role reports into KitPackers, LLC, an Ellsworth Corporation company located in Germantown, WI. KitPackers is a GROWING industry leading packager of high-end adhesives for the aerospace, defense, technology, and automotive industries.
