Job summary

Loxo is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join a growing team in Columbus. You will manage inventory, coordinate warehouse activities, and handle hands-on technology tasks such as loading software onto devices and assembling product kits.

This role emphasizes organization, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable learning and using new software and systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook; familiarity with inventory software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
  • Verify shipments for accuracy and complete inventory documentation.
  • Label, track, and maintain inventory using computer software.
  • Load software and firmware onto electronic equipment.
  • Assemble product kits according to order requirements.
  • Coordinate shipments to multiple locations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization.
  • Use Microsoft Office and inventory management software to track orders and inventory.
  • Follow safety procedures and assist with general warehouse responsibilities as needed.

Job description
