Job summary

Burlington Medical is seeking a temporary RMA coordinator in Newport News, VA to handle 3–6 month assignments onsite. You will enter RMAs into Salesforce/Rootstock, issue instructions to customers, and receive RMAs while ensuring timely processing and clear communication with clients.

The role requires strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and basic Office software proficiency (Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams). Workplace is onsite in Newport News.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move boxes or materials weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-organized, structured approach to balancing tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Create RMA’s into the Salesforce/ Rootstock data system.
• Send customer’s RMA instructions.
• Receive RMA’s into the Salesforce/ Rootstock system.
• Warranty policy review for Charged and No Charge RMA orders.
• Contact customers for POs and other information needed for RMA processing.
• Assist with RMA inventory.
• Document instructions for performing the above-mentioned duties.
