Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII in Houston, TX seeks an RMA Administrator to manage RMA records, generate PRs, and route credit notes to Finance. You will interact with the Material Management team and external partners to ensure accurate RMAs and timely reporting.

The role requires meticulous data entry, strong communication, and the ability to work independently within an Exempt, on-site environment in Houston. Proficiency with MS Word/Excel and basic IT knowledge is expected.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain RMA request details in the RMA databases (L2FA tracker, RMSC).
• Prepare RMA reports and submit to the Material Management team.
• Forward incoming Credit Notes to the Finance department (AP).
• Post virtual RMAs into the system.
• Generate Purchase Requests (PRs).
• Coordinate with suppliers and external partners regarding RMA matters.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth RMA processes.

• Record and maintain RMA request details in the RMA databases (L2FA tracker, RMSC), ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date status.
• Prepare RMA reports and submit them to the Material Management team.
• Forward incoming Credit Notes to the Finance department (AP).
• Post virtual RMAs into the system.
• Generate Purchase Requests (PRs).
• Coordinate with suppliers and external partners regarding RMA matters.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth RMA processes.
