Job summary

Novartis is seeking a Radioligand Therapy Oncology Specialist to drive demand and shape strategic plans across an assigned geography.

This field-based and remote role focuses on building and maintaining physician relationships, delivering education on diagnostic and therapeutic value, and coordinating with a broad team of oncologists, urologists, and nuclear medicine specialists to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years’ experience in pharma/biotech healthcare with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within the last 5 years.
• 1+ years’ oncology, urology, nuclear medicine, medical devices, or complex therapeutics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own prescribing and referring physician relationships; develop and execute territory business plans.
• Educate customers on diagnostic and therapeutic value propositions and treatment protocols.
• Drive access and pull-through strategies while ensuring compliant, ethical engagement with HCPs.
