Job summary

Novartis Group Companies is seeking a Radioligand Therapy Oncology Specialist (RLT) to drive demand and build strategic plans across oncology accounts in a remote, field-based role supporting key accounts in an assigned geography.

You will lead collaboration with Medical Oncologists, Urologists, Nuclear Medicine and Radiation Oncology specialists to champion the RLT platform across diagnostic and therapeutic portfolios, delivering clinical value and strengthening referral networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from 4-year college or university.
• 3+ years' experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within the last 5 years.
• 1+ years' experience in oncology, urology, nuclear medicine, medical devices, or complex therapeutics.

Responsibilities

• Own territory prescribing and referral relationships, delivering disease education on diagnostic/therapeutic aspects, product value propositions, and treatment protocols.
• Support product access and competitive strategies while growing key account relationships.
• Develop tools/strategies to gain access and engage with HCP targets, establishing RLT as a preferred partner in hospitals and oncology accounts.
• Communicate clinical information effectively and drive high-performance across a large, distributed customer base.
• Build call plans to improve access and sales opportunities for a sophisticated product portfolio.
