Job summary

Novartis Group of Companies seeks a Radioligand Therapy Oncology Specialist to drive demand and strengthen referral networks for prostate cancer care. This field-based, remote role collaborates with Medical Oncologists, Urologists and Nuclear Medicine specialists to optimize patient outcomes across a broad geography.

You will deliver clinical value propositions, support access, and execute territory plans with engaging, data-driven communication to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Strong collaboration across medical oncologists, urologists, nuclear medicine and radiation oncology.
• Analytical mindset to translate data into territory plans and actions.
• Willingness to travel 60-80% within a broad geography.

Responsibilities

• Own territory business, build relationships with prescribing and referring physicians and execute plans.
• Support product access, develop competitive strategies, and expand key partnerships.
• Create access tools to engage HCP targets and position RLT as preferred in hospitals and community settings.
• Deliver clear, evidence-based messaging and overcome objections to drive action.
• Develop call plans to improve access and sales opportunities while promoting advanced product portfolios.
• Utilize sales data to identify trends and opportunities in the territory.
