Job summary

Novartis is seeking a Radioligand Therapy Oncology Specialist to drive demand and shape business plans for key accounts in an assigned geography. This field-based and remote role requires collaboration with oncologists, urologists and nuclear/radiation medicine specialists to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include building physician networks, delivering education on diagnostic and therapeutic value, and developing access strategies while traveling 60–80% across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university.
• 3+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries with large, geographically dispersed sales teams in the last 5 years.
• 1+ years’ experience in oncology, urology, nuclear medicine, medical devices, or complex therapeutics.
• 1+ years’ experience in prostate, neuroendocrine tumors, or buy-and-bill therapeutics.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and navigate large accounts within a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Own prescribing and referral physician relationships; develop and execute territory business plans.
• Drive disease education on diagnostic and therapeutic value propositions and treatment protocols.
• Support product access, implement competitive strategies, and grow key account relationships.
• Develop customized tools to access and engage HCP targets and establish RLT as a preferred partner.
• Demonstrate high learning agility, confidence, and ethical leadership in interactions.
• Understand territory dynamics, competitors, and market shifts to optimize execution.
• Create and execute call plans to improve access and sales opportunities; leverage sales data for insights.
