Job summary

Novartis AG is seeking a Radioligand Therapy Oncology Specialist (RLT) to drive demand and shape strategic plans with key accounts across an assigned geography. This field-based and remote opportunity supports prostate cancer care; relocation is not offered, and visa sponsorship is not available.

You will collaborate with Medical Oncologists, Urologists, Nuclear Medicine, and Radiation Oncologists to ensure optimal patient outcomes, develop call plans, and advance access strategies, while

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within the last 5 years.
• 1+ years’ experience in oncology, urology, nuclear medicine, medical devices, or complex therapeutics.
• 1+ years’ experience in prostate, neuroendocrine tumors, or buy-and-bill therapeutic experience within last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Own prescribing and referring physician relationships and execute business plans for territories, including disease education and product value propositions.
• Support product access, implement competitive response strategies, and maintain key relationships with account partners.
• Develop tools/strategies to gain access and engage HCP targets to deliver the RLT value proposition in hospitals and oncology accounts.
• Maintain high self-awareness, learn rapidly, inspire others, and adapt to constraints to optimize execution.
• Communicate messages clearly, handle objections, and close calls with a definite action plan.
