Westin Riverwalk, San Antonio is seeking a poised server to provide guests with exceptional service in a busy dining environment. You will greet patrons, present specials, record orders, and input them accurately into the POS system for accurate kitchen execution.

You will deliver orders, assist with beverages and desserts, and ensure compliance with alcohol service rules while maintaining a polished, professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Provide guests with attentive, friendly service and uphold hospitality standards.
• Greet guests, present menu specials and promotions, and ensure guest awareness of offerings.
• Accurately record orders and input into POS system for kitchen and bar.
• Deliver orders, condiments, and beverages to guests with accuracy and care.
• Assist with beverage service and dessert items as requested by guests.
• Adhere to all state, federal and corporate requirements when serving alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests, explain daily specials and promotions.
• Take and prepare guest orders, ensuring accuracy before sending to kitchen.
• Enter orders into POS and manage check presentation and payment.
