Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Room Service team member at the Westin Riverwalk in San Antonio to ensure exceptional guest experiences through timely food and beverage service. You will collaborate with the Room Service team to set up orders, deliver to guests, and maintain sanitation standards.

The role requires strong guest communication, the ability to lift and transport loads, and adherence to hotel policies. On-site work with opportunities for growth within a luxury property network.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Excellent guest communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and transport large trays weighing up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and deliver all food and beverage orders per guidelines.
• Conduct floor sweeps and retrieve all food and beverage trays to maintain sanitation.
• Set up VIP amenities.
• Service hospitality suites per Banquet Event Orders and policies.
• Complete shift side work per hotel operating policies and procedures.
• Respond to guest needs and report to supervisor.
• Perform cash handling per company policies.
• Be available to work regularly according to attendance rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
