Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Part-Time Room Service Server at the Westin Riverwalk San Antonio. You will work on-site delivering food and beverage, setting up VIP amenities, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities include handling cash per policy, conducting floor sweeps, and maintaining sanitation. Prior hotel experience and excellent guest communication are preferred; lifting requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate well with guests.
• Ability to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry, or move or push goods on a cart weighing up to 100 lbs., with/without accommodation.
• Ability to transport large trays up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and deliver all food and beverage orders in accordance with guidelines and policies.
• Conduct floor sweeps and retrieve all food and beverage trays to maintain sanitation.
• Set up VIP amenities and service suites per Banquet Event Orders and policies.
• Complete shift side work as outlined in operating policies.
• Respond to guest needs and issues to ensure quality experiences and report to supervisor.
• Perform all cash handling responsibilities per company policies.
