Job summary

Hyatt Centric Beale Street Memphis is seeking a General Manager to lead the property on Mississippi Riverfront in downtown Memphis. You’ll drive profitability, manage costs, and oversee daily operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences and a people-first culture.

The role balances strategic leadership with active community engagement, partnering with Avion Hospitality to activate the riverfront location and host events, with a strong emphasis on service excellence and team

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of progressive hotel leadership experience; or 4-year degree in Hospitality Management with 4–5 years of relevant experience; or 2-year degree with 5–6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and hospitality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with a visible presence throughout the property.
• Drive profitability through revenue generation, cost control, and accurate forecasting.
