Job summary

RavenTek is seeking a Riverbed Engineer, Subject Matter Expert, to lead performance monitoring across multi‑enclave DoD environments. You will own Riverbed deployments, ensure security compliance, and coordinate across government and contractor teams.

You will design and maintain Riverbed monitoring architectures, provide incident response, and mentor junior staff while building leadership dashboards and runbooks.

Qualifications

• Advanced Riverbed monitoring product knowledge and experience.
• Experience with DoD/government enterprise monitoring environments.
• Ability to design secure, scalable monitoring architectures across enclaves.

Responsibilities

• Architect, engineer, administer, optimize, and lifecycle-manage Riverbed monitoring technologies across NIPR, SIPR, and SOCRATES enclaves, ensuring stable, compliant, highly available services.
• Serve as service owner, technical lead, and senior authority for Riverbed; define service roadmap and provide input into enterprise designs.
• Design secure, scalable Riverbed monitoring architectures and data flows for hybrid environments with Windows and Linux platforms.
• Install, configure, migrate, patch, backup, and troubleshoot Riverbed technologies; validate disaster recovery and monitor health.
• Integrate Riverbed with SIEM, ITSM, cybersecurity and enterprise monitoring platforms with REST/API integrations.
