Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Riverbed Systems Engineer SME to serve as the senior technical authority for Riverbed platforms within a customer environment. You will design secure monitoring architectures, integrate Riverbed tools with SIEM/ITSM, and drive performance optimization across Windows and Linux systems.

You will lead cross-domain collaboration, support incident response, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring DoD compliance and secure enclave operations.

Formación

• 10+ years of IT experience in mission-critical environments.
• Experience with APM and NPM monitoring architectures.
• Proficiency with VMware or other virtualization platforms.
• Scripting: PowerShell, Python, Bash for automation.
• REST API integrations and SQL databases.
• Experience with enterprise tools (Splunk, ServiceNow).
• Multi-enclave architecture support (NIPR/SIPR).
• Windows and Linux server administration knowledge.
• DoD cybersecurity standards and STIG familiarity.
• TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement secure Riverbed monitoring architectures across enclaves.
• Provide Tier II/III engineering support and root cause analysis.
• Administer configuration, health monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Perform upgrades, patches, backups, and DR validation.
• Maintain RBAC and auditing policies; support CCB.
• Coordinate with cross-domain teams and leadership.
