Job summary

Titan Technologies, LLC seeks an experienced Riverbed Systems Engineer SME to support SITEC III for USSOCOM. The role focuses on Riverbed monitoring, performance optimization, cybersecurity compliance, and lifecycle management across Windows and Linux environments.

You will design, implement and maintain secure monitoring solutions, provide Tier II/III support, automate tasks with PowerShell, Bash or Python, and collaborate with government and contractor teams to ensure operational readiness.

Qualifications

• DoD 8570 IAT II baseline and Security+ certification.
• DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• Work Role Code 451 – System Administrator - Advanced level.
• Experience in performance optimization and system engineering processes.
• Experience with Windows and Linux server administration.
• Scripting in PowerShell, Python or Bash.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain Riverbed monitoring across classified/unclassified environments.
• Engineer integrations between Riverbed and enterprise systems to improve visibility.
• Provide advanced Tier II/III support and root cause analysis.
• Manage platform lifecycle: upgrades, patching, backups, and change control.
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Ensure DoD security compliance, STIG, and ATO documentation.
• Develop technical documentation and runbooks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for incident response and interoperability.
• Automate routine tasks using scripting to improve efficiency.
• Brief leadership on performance, risks and readiness.
