Job summary

ServiceNet seeks a Risk Management Coordinator to enhance safety and reliability across its programs in Northampton, MA. You will review incidents, coordinate investigations, and lead risk prevention efforts under the Chief Quality Officer, shaping practical improvements and ensuring compliance.

You’ll collaborate with Quality & Compliance partners, the Property Department, and program leaders to identify risks, document findings, and monitor corrective actions while promoting learning and staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, safety management, risk management, human services, social work, or related field.
• At least five years of progressive risk management or safety experience in human services or healthcare.
• Familiarity with CARF, DDS, DMH, and OSHA requirements.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain records, manage multiple priorities, and follow through on actions.

Responsibilities

• Review significant incidents, identify reporting gaps, and analyze trends to strengthen prevention.
• Conduct or coordinate assigned investigations, document findings, and support root cause analysis and follow-up.
• Coordinate property inspections, environmental audits, and insurance company site surveys; track recommendations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate emergency drills and plan reviews for administrative buildings and monitor preparedness across service areas.
• Help develop and monitor ServiceNet’s Risk Management Plan; participate in insurer meetings to identify risks and prevention strategies.
