Job summary

ServiceNet is seeking a Risk Management Coordinator to enhance safety and risk prevention across its services and workplaces. You will review incidents, coordinate investigations, and drive improvements under the Chief Quality Officer’s guidance.

You’ll collaborate with Quality & Compliance Business Partners, the Property Department, and program leaders to identify concerns, investigate incidents, and implement practical safety improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, safety management, risk management, human services, social work, or related field.
• At least five years of progressive risk management or safety experience in human services or healthcare.
• Familiarity with CARF, DDS, DMH, and OSHA requirements.
• Experience with incident analysis, safety systems, and loss prevention.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain clear records and manage multiple priorities.
• Team-oriented with cross-department coordination.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review significant incidents, identify reporting gaps, and analyze trends to strengthen prevention.
• Conduct or coordinate investigations, document findings, and support root cause analysis and follow-up.
• Coordinate property inspections, environmental audits, and insurance site surveys; track recommendations and actions.
• Lead or co-lead the Health & Safety Committee; provide safety education and share lessons learned.
• Work across departments to strengthen safety practices and prevent future incidents.
