Qualifications

• College Seniors graduating between Spring 2026 to Spring 2027 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Analytical mindset and strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze risk and build market insight using data, analytics and market intelligence.
• Support market strategy and placements with market submissions and documentation.
• Build client relationships and advisory skills through meetings and actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate projects across broking, analytics, operations and global delivery partners to improve processes.
