Job summary

Aon is launching an Early Careers Launch Development Program for soon-to-be and recent graduates to become Brokers in Commercial Risk and Reinsurance. The program emphasizes on-the-job learning, risk understanding, and client advisory skills while working with Aon’s global risk analytics and delivery teams.

You will build hands-on broking experience, develop market insights, coordinate renewals, and engage with insurers and underwriters to secure competitive terms.

Qualifications

• College Seniors graduating Spring 2026 to Spring 2027 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assess risk exposures using data, analytics and market intelligence while learning to validate results across coverage lines.
• Conduct market analysis to benchmark pricing, identify coverage gaps and support effective program recommendations.
• Help prepare market submissions, renewal materials, placement documentation and client deliverables.
• Engage insurers and underwriters to secure competitive pricing and terms, applying market knowledge where AI-suggested terms need tailoring.
• Build experience coordinating renewals, reviewing contracts and maintaining accurate documentation for smaller placements and account activity.
