Job summary

Aon is launching an Early Careers Development Program for soon-to-be graduates to become Brokers across Commercial Risk and Reinsurance. The program combines on-the-job learning with structured development to translate complex risk exposures into structured insurance programs and to serve as a trusted intermediary between clients and insurers.

As a Broker, you will build market knowledge, engage with clients and insurers, and develop skills in risk analysis, market strategy and client advisory

Qualifications

• College Seniors graduating Spring 2026 to Spring 2027 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Interest in Commercial Risk and/or Reinsurance - Broking.

Responsibilities

• Analyze risk exposures using data, analytics and market intelligence to benchmark pricing and support program recommendations.
• Support market strategy and placements by preparing market submissions and renewal materials; engage insurers for competitive pricing and terms.
• Build client relationships through meetings, presentations and advisory discussions; translate complex risk information into actionable recommendations.
