Job summary

Aon is seeking soon-to-be graduates to join the Early Careers Launch Development Program as Brokers in Commercial Risk & Reinsurance. You will gain hands-on broking experience and learn how risk, markets and clients come together to create value.

As a Broker, you will build skills, participate in client meetings, and work with insurers to secure competitive terms while leveraging AI tools and data analytics.

Qualifications

• College seniors graduating Spring 2026 to Spring 2027 with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Analyze risk exposures using data, analytics and market insights to validate results across coverage lines.
• Conduct market analysis to benchmark pricing and support program recommendations.
• Prepare market submissions, renewal materials and client deliverables; engage insurers for competitive pricing.
• Build client relationships through meetings, presentations and clear risk recommendations.
• Coordinate workflows across broking, account management and analytics teams.
