You will learn how brokers help clients understand risk, navigate markets, and make better decisions that support resilience and growth.

The 10‑month program provides hands‑on broking experience, on‑the‑job learning, mentorship and exposure to data and analytics to drive client value.

Qualifications

• GPA 3.0 minimum required.
• US work authorization required for this role, now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Analyze risk and build market insight using data and market intelligence.
• Support market strategy and placements with market submissions and client deliverables.
• Build client relationships and advisory skills through meetings, documentation and clear recommendations.
• Coordinate projects across broking, account management, analytics and operations to improve delivery.
