Aon is launching an Early Careers Development Program for soon-to-be and recent graduates to become Brokers in Commercial Risk and Reinsurance. You’ll learn how brokers help clients assess risk, design insurance programs and act as a credible intermediary with insurers.

You will gain hands-on broking experience, market analysis, and advisory skills while working with global delivery teams and AI-enabled tools. This is a full-time program with a 10-month structured curriculum in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Analyze risk and build market insight by assessing risk exposures with data, analytics and market intelligence.
• Support market strategy and placements by preparing market submissions and client deliverables; engage insurers for competitive pricing.
• Build client relationships and advisory skills; translate complex risk information into actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate projects across broking, account management, analytics, operations and global teams; review documents for accuracy.
