Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a highly skilled Fraud Manager to lead the fraud team and develop strategies to detect, prevent, and mitigate fraud within our iGaming platform. You will report to the Director of Fraud and collaborate with compliance, customer service, and IT to ensure a holistic approach.

The right candidate has at least 3 years in fraud management, strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on experience with fraud detection tools, SQL, and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in fraud management, preferably within the iGaming or online payments industry.
• Proven management or team leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in using fraud detection tools and software.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Experience with SQL and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the fraud team, providing guidance and support.
• Assist in the training and development of fraud team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Develop and implement comprehensive fraud prevention strategies and policies.
• Monitor and analyze transaction data to identify suspicious activities and patterns.
• Conduct thorough investigations into potential fraud cases and take appropriate action.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, compliance, and IT, to ensure a holistic approach to fraud prevention.
• Prepare detailed reports on fraud incidents, trends, and effectiveness of prevention measures.
