Qualifications

• Experience in an operational or risk-related role within online gaming, payments, or fintech.
• Good understanding of KYC, AML, EDD, Fraud, Payments, or Responsible Gaming.
• Comfortable working with data and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support areas including Fraud Prevention, Payments, KYC & Verification, AML.
• Review transactions and player activity, verify customer documentation.
• Assess alerts and elevate potential issues.
