Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking an Analyst - Operations Regulatory Risk to join our Regulatory Risk team within Customer Operations. You will help monitor compliance, document controls, and test processes across operational teams to ensure adherence to gaming regulations.

You will work with cross-functional teams, develop monitoring frameworks, and maintain clear SOPs. This role may involve night/weekend work and offers a hybrid scheduling option within a global brand environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing compliance monitoring frameworks.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to drive risk management alignment.
• Assess existing controls to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Write and maintain SOPs and Internal Controls documentation.
• Collaborate across projects and manage multiple requests.
• Organize work and leverage SharePoint as needed.
