Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or Business Admin preferred.
• Experience in an Application Operations team is preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude and analytical problem-solving.
• Transportation and logistics background is a plus.
• Familiarity with ActiveAdmin for Rails.
• Experience with SQL and Excel is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities under deadline.
• Comfort directing support teams for escalations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Highway's Risk queue and ensure case handling SOPs are followed.
• Oversee the Risk queue, user authentication, and secure implementation to prevent fraud.
• Escalate fraud incidents to Risk Operations Manager and document datapoints.
• Be highly responsive with a feedback loop to mitigate risk and improve customer experience.
• Work closely with Operations Team on escalated cases requiring oversight and review.
• Make and suggest updates to the application to address bugs and ensure reliable operation.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and provide individual solutions for users.
• Demonstrate responsiveness and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Collaborate with Highway Team to serve customers well.
• Role requires some remote and on-call afterhours, weekends, and holidays.
