Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Risk Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has deep risk management experience on large construction programs, including data centers, critical infrastructure, or energy projects, and will support risk identification, analysis, and reporting across multiple projects.

The role emphasizes integration with cost and schedule controls, stakeholder management, and proactive risk planning to optimize project outcomes. On-site presence in Texas may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of applicable experience.
• Experience in Program Management or Program Controls.
• Deep knowledge of risk identification, facilitation and techniques.
• Proficient in process mapping and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points to facilitate risk cost profiling and retirement of threats/opportunities.
• Use risk data to inform investment planning.
• Monitor overall risk exposure and assess remaining risk budget.
• Produce risk reports to communicate threat and opportunity status.
• Conduct quantitative risk assessment (cost and schedule) to inform contingency levels.
• Lead end-to-end risk management on multiple projects/programs.
• Create risk management plans and processes per client requirements.
• Collaborate with program controls to integrate risk within cost and schedule management.
• Provide knowledge transfer within the risk and project controls teams.
• Lead schedule and cost risk assessments (QCRA & QSRA) to deliver results.
