• Bachelor’s degree preferred for the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-faceted process improvement projects for control testing, including AI-enabled optimization.
• Design, evolve, and maintain digital ecosystems and templates for governance and analytics.
• Create AI-driven multimedia content to train teams and improve control execution.
• Build cross-functional partnerships and execute change management roadmaps.
• Analyze data from control execution to develop actionable risk-reduction recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Operations to implement new controls and products.
• Provide indirect leadership and mentorship to project teams and partners.
