Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Process/Project/Risk Management.
• Minimum 3 years in Control Execution/Testing or Process Improvement.
• Minimum 2 years of cross-functional project leadership or indirect team lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-faceted control improvement projects, including AI to optimize control authoring and dashboarding.
• Design, evolve, and maintain digital ecosystems to streamline governance and risk analytics.
• Create video content and multimedia resources using AI to explain risk concepts and train teams.
• Build cross-functional partnerships and execute change management roadmaps.
• Analyze data from control execution monitoring to develop actionable risk insights.
