Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or Military experience.
• At least 5 years of Risk Management, Audit, or Compliance experience.
• At least 3 years of experience testing controls in Risk, Compliance or Audit.
• At least 2 years of experience in people management.
• At least 2 years of experience automating banking processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 4–5 risk control advisors.
• Direct first-line control testing across the Commercial Banking control portfolio.
• Advise on design, implementation, and optimization of internal controls.
• Modernize controls with automation, data analytics, and AI-driven monitoring.
• Identify control deficiencies, remediation plans, and report results to leadership.
• Communicate risk insights and testing results clearly to governance forums.
• Deliver results in a fast-paced environment with rigor and accuracy.
